The FAB-DTFG is a vertical foregrip. It improves the vertical recoil at the cost of several other stats.
It is notable that it is a strictly worse attachment than the SE-5 Grip, another foregrip that offers better improvements or less important downsides in every stat the FAB-DTFG impacts.
